In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the dailywin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This minimum age requirement is established in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine laws governing online gaming. dailywin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the age requirement is found to have been misrepresented.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The dailywin Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation. dailywin makes no representation that the Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Accuracy

When registering an Account, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account termination without refund of any Wallet Balance.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the dailywin Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity documents, for the purpose of receiving multiple bonuses or evading restrictions constitutes abuse and is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be terminated and associated balances forfeited.

3.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. dailywin will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified dailywin of a suspected security breach.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

You must notify dailywin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. dailywin reserves the right to suspend Account access pending investigation of any suspected unauthorised use.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dailywin is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, which may include a PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's licence, or passport. dailywin reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the required documentation is provided and approved.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. dailywin may, after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address, apply a monthly dormancy administration fee. Remaining Wallet Balance after the application of fees will be maintained for a further period before being subject to applicable unclaimed funds procedures under Philippine law.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dailywin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and dailywin reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional documentation or processing time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Players will be processed within five (5) business days, though GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts typically clear within five (5) minutes. dailywin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual activity has been detected. Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once accepted into processing.

4.4 Prohibited Payment Practices

Players must not deposit funds from payment methods that do not belong to them. Third-party payments — including but not limited to payments made using another person's GCash wallet, bank account, or cryptocurrency address — are prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, dailywin will reverse the transaction and may terminate the associated Account.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by dailywin are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Slot games generally contribute one hundred percent (100%) of wagers towards fulfilling wagering requirements; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific game contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

dailywin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate the Account of any Player found to be abusing promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, employing low-risk wagering strategies that exploit bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to guarantee bonus profitability.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire and be automatically removed from the Account. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates and wagering progress in their Account dashboard.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the dailywin Platform that utilise Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are operated using certified RNG systems that have been independently tested by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for all applicable games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to those providers' operational standards.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game glitch that results in an incorrect game outcome or erroneous credit to a Player's Account, dailywin reserves the right to void the affected game round and reverse any associated transactions. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. dailywin will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from a technical malfunction.

6.3 Disconnections

If a Player becomes disconnected from the Platform during a game round due to network or device issues, the game outcome will be determined by the server record of the game state at the time of disconnection. dailywin will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnections arising from the Player's internet connection or device.

6.4 Bets Placed in Error

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the dailywin system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their bet selections prior to confirmation. If a bet is placed on an incorrect market, selection, or amount, this is the sole responsibility of the Player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dailywin Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live casino games
• Engaging in match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or placing bets based on inside information
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform for any financial crime purpose
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or evading sanctions
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards dailywin staff or other players
• Attempting to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the technical operation of the Platform

dailywin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Filipino players with the tools to manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them after a chosen period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, the Account cannot be accessed or funded.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from the dailywin Platform. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Requests are processed within 24 hours and the Account will be closed with any remaining Wallet Balance returned to the Player after the mandatory review period.
• Reality Checks: Time-based pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions reminding Players of the time spent and amount wagered.

dailywin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and conducts proactive checks to identify Players who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling. Where such signs are identified, dailywin may apply responsible gaming restrictions to the Account and provide referrals to professional support services.

All content on the dailywin Platform, including but not limited to the dailywin name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, website design, software, text, images, and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of dailywin or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content from the dailywin Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of dailywin.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, dailywin's liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the Wallet Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

dailywin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of enjoyment, or any other intangible loss, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform or Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any game outcomes, whether favourable or unfavourable
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any part thereof
• Technical malfunctions, network failures, or system errors beyond dailywin's reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude dailywin's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.

dailywin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the dailywin Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of Platform services. dailywin does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third parties is limited to service providers and regulatory authorities as required under applicable law.

12.1 Termination by dailywin

dailywin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, regulatory requirement, age misrepresentation, provision of false KYC documentation, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

12.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting dailywin Customer Support. Upon Account closure, any Wallet Balance remaining will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method, provided that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied and no withdrawal restrictions are in place.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, the Player's licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds in the Account at the time of termination are forfeited, whether the termination is voluntary or involuntary. Real-money Wallet Balance is subject to dailywin's review and applicable withdrawal conditions before being returned.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players are encouraged to contact dailywin Customer Support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. dailywin will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through formal channels as appropriate under Philippine law.

For disputes related to PAGCOR-regulated activities, Players may also exercise rights available to them under the applicable PAGCOR regulatory framework.

dailywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dailywin will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address or a notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated by the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the dailywin Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
